Minor cosmetic imperfections are normal and do not affect functionality.

Due to the handmade nature of these keycaps, they are fragile and can be damaged if handled roughly. Please treat these with care.

All non-commission orders will be shipped within 3 weeks barring any special circumstances.
IBKaps is not responsible for any packages once they have been dropped off at the mail. In case of loss or theft, IBKaps is not responsible for a refund / replacement.

Any damages from the moment of delivery are beyond IBKaps’ responsibility.
